A couple of years ago we held a collection for recipes which we had planned on using to form a cookbook with all proceeds going to the "Relay for Life", a cancer fighting fundraising event. Unfortunately, we never acquired a sufficient amount of recipes to warrant a decent cookbook. As a result, we have decided to try again using your expertise! In fact, we would especially love a recipe containing some of our unique items such as 'Spicy Apple Relish', but any recipe is welcome.
